What’s the difference between Plan-managed, Self-managed, and NDIA-managed?
Plan-managed: A Plan Manager pays your providers and helps with budgets
Self-managed: You manage your funding directly
NDIA-managed: The NDIA pays your registered providers

Usually every 12 months, but they can be reviewed sooner if your circumstances change.
